My friday night was all about rubbing elbows and sitting at fashions shows. walking the streets of melrose in 5 inch platforms. and driving up and down sun set. talking to a perfect stranger. in store dance parties. and late night snacking on veggie burgers and curly fries at mel's diner. in a nutshell an average friday night in LA. all in the name of fashion. and the dear ginger in the photo above is the lovely Jac Vanek. if you don't know her, shame. she creates brilliant stuff.

Get Familar. Eye Alaska. Hands down one of the most orginal bands out there. changing the game. not in it for the fame. but for the music. the sounds incrible. go to a show and you'll know what i mean they put there heart into every single song. and take the time to meet their fans. i've seen them quite a few times, and yes, had my fan girl moment in the past. but listen to their music and you'll see why

Goodbye summer, Hello fall. Labor day came and past and naturally that means no more wearing white. but rules are meant to be broken. this weekend is filled with a ton of exciting opprotuinities.

friday is LA's first fashion's night out. booze, clothes, celebrities, and friends. what more can a gal ask for.

saturday is the recoupe day.

sunday i'll be attending the VMA's with my very best at my side.

so to say the least this weekend is one to remember.
