to personally look into each one
and find a balance, and utter happiness.
mind: exploring the works of new authors
as well as my own writing
body:fasting,detoxing,no more fast food, soda,
processed food, and contiuning my vegtarianism as
well as the gym
soul: perging the negative energy from my life,
my bad influences, surrounding myself with positive energy
my church and contining to build my relationship with God.
